ORDERS SHIPPED IN THE UNITED STATES
Orders are shipped via US Post. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail when your order is shipped.
Please call for shipping and charges if you require a different carrier.
Please allow at least 7 - 10 days after placing your order for receipt of products in the US.
International orders are generally shipped by Air Post, as it is the most economical method. If you require faster delivery, UPS charges, plus handling, will apply. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
International orders may take 3 - 4 weeks, depending on distance and entry regulations of your country.
All of our packs, bags and pouches are available for international sales.
Power supplies are not generally available outside the USA, due to the differing voltage standards internationally, and the hazardous materials fees applied to shipment of batteries.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All products are warranted for 90 days from the time of purchase for any defect in quality or workmanship. Please call to receive a Return
Authorization number. Damage caused by misuse, or alteration of the original product is not covered.
All returns must have a Return Authorization number. Please call 805-528-4190 to let us know the reason for the return, and receive your authorization number.
Electronics returned for reasons other than warranty repair must be made within 30 days of your order, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Items must be returned in original packaging or equivalent for safety of the product in transit. Equipment that arrives damaged by shipping or misuse will not be accepted.
All claims of missing items, damage or loss in shipping must be made within 30 days of shipment of the package.
