Most orders are shipped in the USA by United Parcel Service (UPS). Pouches or small items may be shipped via US Post. Please call for shipping and charges if you require a different carrier.

International orders are generally shipped by Air Post, as it is the most economical method. If you require faster delivery, UPS charges, plus handling, will apply. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. |

All of our packs, bags and pouches are available for international sales. The power supplies are not generally available outside the USA, due to the differing voltage standards internationally, and the hazardous materials fees applied to shipment of batteries. |

GPS and radios are also not available for international sale, due to the differing laws from country to country regulating their use. |

Warranty.
All products are warranted for one year from the time of purchase for any defect in quality or workmanship. Please call to receive a Return Authorization number. Damage caused by misuse, or alteration of the original product is not covered.
Please call to receive a Return Authorization number. All products must be return in as-new condition, and include your reciept or order number.
All claims of missing items, damage or loss in shipping must be made within 30 days of receiving the package.
