Within the USA personal checks are also accepted if you would prefer to order by mail.

Orders are shipped via US Post. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail when your order is shipped.
Please call for shipping and charges if you require a different carrier.

International Orders: Shipping Info and Product Exclusions

International orders are generally shipped by Air Post, as it is the most economical method. If you require faster delivery, UPS charges, plus handling, will apply. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

All of our packs, bags and pouches are available for international sales. The power supplies are not generally available outside the USA, due to the differing voltage standards internationally, and the hazardous materials fees applied to shipment of batteries.

GPS and radios are also not available for international sale, due to the differing laws from country to country regulating their use.

Problems with your order?

We're here to help! If you have any problems with your order, or do not receive all of the items that you ordered, please contact us immediately at  805-528-4190 so that we can ensure that everything is as you expected. Please call Mon - Fri, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time)

Please allow at least 7-10 days after placing your order for receipt of products in the US. International orders may take 3 -4 weeks, depending on distance and entry regulations of your country.

Warranty

All products are warranted for one year from the time of purchase for any defect in quality or workmanship. Please call to receive a Return Authorization number. Damage caused by misuse, or alteration of the original product is not covered. 

All returns must have a Return Authorization number. Please call to let us know the reason for the return, and receive your authorization number. 

All claims of missing items, damage or loss in shipping must be made within 30 days of shipment of the package.
